Technical Lead

• Manage and lead the Technology development team.
• Manage projects and operate products across multiple platforms (Mobile apps, websites, etc.)
• Design and build system architectures for products.
• Participate in the process of product requirement analysis.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to create features for the products.
• Stay up to date with new trends and suggest best solutions for the development process.
• Train team members.

Basic Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in web or mobile application development, related to one of the ecommerce, streaming, social media industries.
• Work experience in a certain devstack.
• Experience with developing software development
• Strong in Microservices architectures.
• Strong in project management.
• Problem solving skills and system operation skills.

Skills & knowledge Technical required:

• Proficient in one of the programming languages ​​Python, Golang, Java.
• Solid knowledge about Relational database, NoSQL database.
• Experience in API development and authentication
• Experience in Caching: Client side, Server side, CDN.
• Experience in Security: HTTPS, CORS, SHA, SSL, ...
• Working with search engines: Elasticsearch, Solr, ...
• Experience working with Docker.
• Experience with Message broker: RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Experience working with Web server: Nginx, Apache, …

Skills management required:

• Experience building, managing and leading the Technology development team.
• Experience in software development process: Agile, Waterflow...
• Leadership skill, decision making

Plus

• Have experience working with CRM systems, Loyalty Program, SEO Suite or systems, tools within the company.
• Experience in Live Streaming, Learning Management System is plus.
• Build and develop Data Pipelines, Warehouses and Reporting Systems for products is an advantage
