Product Executive

• Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to propose the strategic direction.
• Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
• Synthesize and break down the business and operational requirements from other related departments into product requirements for the development team.
• Create conceptualize wireframes/prototypes and specification documents for development.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies.
• Track progress, ensure quality and record feedback, evaluate products during product development and operation to achieve common development goals

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in product development (Mobile applications and websites, operating platforms, etc.).
• Able to read and design in UML language, familiar with Use-cases diagram and Sequence Diagram.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in working with tech teams and all departments within a company.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven at work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with CRM systems, Loyalty Program, SEO Suite, or other internal systems and tools.
• Experienced in products relating to digital education or e-commerce.
• Able to use data analysis tools and data visualization tools such as MySQL, Data Studio, and so on.
